We ship our Vancouver made shampoos all across Canada and offer complimentary shipping over $150 CDN. 

TIMING

Online orders generally ship from Vancouver within 1-3 days of the order being placed.

For Canadian orders, we use Canada Post or UPS

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Lalumi products and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We will offer a replacement or a shop credit in certain circumstances. Please email info@lalumilife.com with any concerns about your purchase.

LOST PACKAGES

If your parcel has been lost during shipping, please reach out to us at office@lalumilife.com. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
